Little Holloway

Hi, my name is Little Holloway & I am a founder & director of Pinwheel Tutoring.

D.L. Moody once said, “If I could relive my life, I would devote my entire ministry to reaching children for God.” This statement pulls the strings tightly together that knit my heart. I feel that in each of us is the delightful obligation to seek children out and provide an atmosphere where Christ seems beautiful & good. This is what we strive for at Pinwheel & I am so, so grateful to be a part of it.

I am married to Brody Holloway & have 5 children: Kilby is my oldest & she and her husband Greg are missionaries in Africa. Then there is Tucker, Lailee, Juliet & Mo. Together, my family serves the kids of Pinwheel however we can.

Amy Rasmussen

Hi, I’m Amy, or Moose, as some know me. I am an administrator for Garden 58 & I help direct Pinwheel Tutoring with Little, Lauren, Nikki, Keturah, & a great team of volunteers. I’m so thankful for the growth of our More Than Enough branch. I’ve been a foster parent and I know what a difference a supportive community can make! The jail ministry was a beautiful part of my life for 7 years & the biggest need we’ve heard & seen is a transitional facility for our local women with relational support & opportunities to grow for men & women. It is such an honor to mobilize our community to offer Christ.

If you’d like to read more of my part in the story of Garden 58, you can check it out in our blog section here.

The Logan Family at Whimsy Flower Farm

Rusty grew up in Texas and has a Wildlife degree from Texas A&M. He is the backbone of the farm and spends his days turning Jennifer's dreams into reality (when he isn't teaching high school.) He is happiest outdoors, fishing, hiking, tying his own flies, building canoes and lately, driving a tractor and fixing anything that breaks. Jennifer is from Louisiana, where she inherited a green thumb from her mother and a magical last name (Flowers) from her father. A floral obsession is understandable when you grew up in a place where purple wisteria drapes the trees and yellow jasmine twines through the underbrush.

Whimsy Flower Farm began as the result of a very specific prayer: Lord, how do I use my passion for growing plants to reach people for you? Throughout the last eight years, the Lord has shown us that there are no insignificant gifts. 1 Peter 4:10 says, “Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms.”
